The key to keeping warm is layers. Put a couple of shirts on under your jacket. Also use a ski mask under your full face helmet, you can buy silk masks in most bike shops and they are great.
You don't have any problem when you're moving but when you stop, your face plate will fog so open it as you slow down. Make sure it opens easily with gloves on your hands. Buy some good gloves with thinsulate lining. Make sure they aren't too tight so your fingers maintain good circulation.
Pants: Again, layers. Long underware and jeans then a wind proof outer layer - leather is good.
If you have the money, you can buy an all-weather riding suit. HD sells one for about $600 US. A more affordable option is to buy a "snowmobile" suit made for winter recreation.
Boots: Well insulated water and wind proof boots. Again, "snowmobile" boots are a good choice.
Good luck.
